The Vauxhall Dragettes were formed in 1986 as a one off fundraising act for the first Comic Relief. They performed at The Vauxhall on Hessle Road. The act was made up of Mike Ardsley, Daisy, Gavin Render, John Traves, Steve Stratton, Gareth Taylor and John Garlic.
